Welcome to Liberty Dollar® of San Jose

The Liberty Dollar® Is Officially Back in Business!

So what else is new?

New Year. New Dies. New Mint. New Business Plan. New Liberty Dollar®

The 2008, 2/5 troy-ounce .999 fine Silver Liberty reverse and obverse with the Evergreen California Bear.

Introducing the 2008 $20 Liberty Dollar®, which in our case, has been customized in order to emphasize our pride in the local community of Evergreen California.

On March 23rd, 2008 our inflation-proof, private, voluntary, barter currency made the next move-up to the $50 base, and this is the new 2/5 ounce $20 Silver Liberty.

For more information regarding the 2008 Liberty Dollar®, click the photo above, or you can contact us directly.

The Liberty Dollar® Numismatic Collectors’ Kit is Back!

Obtain a Warehouse Receipt between now and March 23rd, sign up for the Class Action Lawsuit and qualify as a Liberty Associate so you can obtain your Silver Libertys at a significant discount. On March 23rd, this offer will expire, and the new Associate fee will increase to $500 FRN.

Only 10 of the original 110 numbered kits are still available, and now that only existing products can be used to keep our free-market business going, we have been forced to create a hundred more!

The new kits will be slightly different, although no less beautiful, and still highly collectible.

These new kits will still contain a 1 troy-ounce Silver Liberty bearing a $10 face value, as well as a copy of “The Liberty Dollar Story,” a Liberty Flyer©, as well as your choice of warehouse receipts bearing either $1, $5, or $10 (redeemable for 1/10, 1/2 or 1-troy ounce respectively), and a 1 ounce surprise.

For those who want to be involved and assist our current efforts to regain our wrongfully confiscated assets, possession of the silver certificate within the Collectors’ Kit will qualify the owner as a plaintiff in our legal efforts to be made whole and resume our honest, free-market business venture.

Liberty Dollar Collectors’ Kit: including 1 troy-ounce of pure silver, a book about The Liberty Dollar®, a negotiable silver certificate, and a surprise.

Liberty Dollar® Raided by Federal Agents

On the morning of November 14th, 2007, elements of the FBI and Secret Service conducted simultaneous raids on both Liberty Dollar Headquarters in Evansville Indiana, and Sunshine Mint in Cour d’Alene Idaho.

We now have access to the warrant, and details of the questionable charges which are being used as justification for these asset forfeitures (the $1 million silver heist of 2007).

$10 ounce warehouse receipt representing 1/2 ounce of pure silver that was taken from Sunshine Mint by the FBI.

Although our private, voluntary, barter currency appeared dead in its tracks, business has been quite good since the raid, and the publicity has been GREAT!

This attack against those of us who truly want to use REAL Money was actually expected for some time, and now we can proceed to the next phase, which is to finally prove our case in a court of law.

Until further notice, Warehouse Receipts and Electronic Libertys cannot be redeemed for silver and gold.

Please peruse our News Nuggets Page for updates and information.

$1 Copper Liberty Outshines the U.S. Mint’s Presidential Dollar

The obverse and reverse images of the new one-ounce Copper Liberty, bearing the $1 face value, and the beauty of a Liberty Dollar®.

The U.S. Mint may have tax-payer funded access to attorneys, and big-budget marketing firms, but the Liberty Dollar® has a private, free-market business model, a loyal base of Good Americans serving as both customers and distributors, as well as a Monetary Architect named Bernard von NotHaus.

Considered impossible due to high manufacturing costs alone, the recently lowered price of copper has enabled the use of 28.3 grams of copper in this latest edition to our private, free-market, non-government, barter currency.

We still have a few in the cash drawer. If you want to learn more about $1 coinage, click the picture above.

Liberty Dollar Seeks Declaratory and Injunctive Relief from U.S. Mint!

On Tuesday March 20th, 2007, The Liberty Dollar filed a lawsuit naming Secretary of the Treasury Henry Paulson, Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez, and U.S. Mint Director Edmund Moy as defendants.

Based on erroneous information received by apparently anonymous Federal Prosecutors, the United States Mint continues to publish a consumer warning regurgitating the fallacious illegality for consenting adults to privately exchange gold and silver on a voluntary basis.

The Liberty Dollar finally has the attention of the U.S. Mint.
This assault on the concept of a free market appears to be rooted in the Mint’s own numismatic coin business, along with individual Mint employees growing tired of fielding inquiries regarding the increasingly popular Liberty Dollar. If you would like to read additional news and commentary regarding the Liberty Dollar, please visit the Liberty Dollar of San Jose News Nuggets page. The Liberty Dollar warehouse receipt is one of the most secure paper currencies ever created.

The Bear Republic of California has a BRAND NEW Monetary Mascot!

To render the oft heard quote from the masterful Monetary Architect, Bernard von NotHaus himself, “WOW!”

This classic beauty, encompassing so much of that which is uniquely Californian, is the result of tremendous effort on the part of Bernard, along with the collaboration of California’s Liberty Dollar RCOs.

Brilliant, Uncirculated Specimens are available immediately.

Worried about the economy?

We are experiencing inflation in action folks, plain and simple. You don't need a Nobel laureate in economics to understand that we are on the steep, downward slope of the fiat-monetary bust.

Rampant inflation has resulted within every society in which fiat currency has been propagated:

1 troy-ounce, 2008 $20 Silver Liberty commemmorating 10 years of REAL MONEY.

Quite simply, the Federal Reserve Notes, which we have been forced to accept as money, are based upon debt, while Liberty Currency is based upon precious metals: silver and gold.

While the government money continues losing it’s purchasing power, the monetary metals retain their intrinsic value, and their price increases in relation to the paper money which we know as the U.S. Dollar.

I encourage everyone to consider diversifying your assets by exchanging some of your debt-based paper for monetary metals.
